How to achieve the servicenow user time report Login time and logout time duration on work.

Hi Team

Has anyone worked on user utilization report like login time, logout time, Active duration time on tool.

I have a requirement how to generate the report of users time utilization
Please find attached below screen shot. 
Example 

Atleast 50% of  the requirement guidance also most helpful  

Please can anyone can guide me

Basically this is not possible. Only the the last login time is captured in the sys_user record.
