How to activate and configure MFA in ServiceNow?

Hi All,

I want to enable MFA in the instance and got this link - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/integrate/authentication/concept/c_MultifactorAuthentication.html

We have the plug in installed and enabled the property "glide.authenticate.multifactor" and enabled multifactor checkbox in my user profile, but wanted to know what else I should configure to get this work? should something needs to be configured at users end? Like installing authencator?

You need to configure the Identity Provider(Idp) apart from that.

Hi @Vasantharajan N Whenever user tries to login we are using SSO (Two IDPs) based on company(two different companies are there so) and I didn't checked default checkbox in the IDP
