Hi All,
I want to enable MFA in the instance and got this link - https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/integrate/authentication/concept/c_MultifactorAuthentication.html
We have the plug in installed and enabled the property "glide.authenticate.multifactor" and enabled multifactor checkbox in my user profile, but wanted to know what else I should configure to get this work? should something needs to be configured at users end? Like installing authencator?
Thank you,
Bala

Hi Balaraju,
Get the Identity provider URL and configure it. Generate the metadata and send it to Identity provider for authenticating ServiceNow in their tool
