How to activate Response Templates / Templated Snippets

In last weeks Kingston Release webinar they have introduced the new Response Templates functionality in the last 10 minutes. The statement was that this functionality is available globally, but I could not find any global documentation about it. The only official documentation I can found is related to HR but we like to use this feature for ITSM Processes.

However I found that there is a plugin "Templated Snippets" available. I activated this plugin on my Developer Instance, but the "Templated Snippets" module is not available. If I try to search for the module or open one of the tables installed with it, I'm denied any access to it even although I'm admin. I also can not switch to it's Application scope.

How can we properly activate this feature and where can i find a documentation about it?

I already linked that Documentation Article and it's specific for HR. We don't have HR activated on our instance.   In the webinar they said that template snippets are available globally, so how can we enable and use the plugin for ITSM?

I'm looking for the same in Kingston, the Response template for more than HR.

This is weird. I have no problem with this.

1. I activated the plugin "Templated Snippets".
2. I then went to system definitions->Templated snippets
3. Created my thingie for the incident table.
4. Then I got a nice "responses" UI action where I could find my template

Btw, mention like @ doesn't work here. They are planning that to work in the community in lilke Madrid release. And no, I have no clue why all the posts you answer on shows up in my flow Fredrik 😛
