How to activate Response Templates / Templated Snippets

In last weeks Kingston Release webinar they have introduced the new Response Templates functionality in the last 10 minutes. The statement was that this functionality is available globally, but I could not find any global documentation about it. The only official documentation I can found is related to HR but we like to use this feature for ITSM Processes.

However I found that there is a plugin "Templated Snippets" available. I activated this plugin on my Developer Instance, but the "Templated Snippets" module is not available. If I try to search for the module or open one of the tables installed with it, I'm denied any access to it even although I'm admin. I also can not switch to it's Application scope.

How can we properly activate this feature and where can i find a documentation about it?

Here is the Screenshot from the Webinar which I'm talking about:

OK, I thought there would be some stuff in there OOTB, but I just have to create some responses myself.

A bit annoying to get an error message about global scope cross permissions.

You are showing up in my flow as well (please stop commenting on things). You are spamming me so you'll have to buy me a cookie at Knowledge18 😉

Hmm.. I never got that when I did a response for incident table thou. Where did you get that?

I found out that I was a stalker and had marked "following" on your profile. 🙂 So now I earned 2 cookies.. so I'm +1 atm 🙂

I got it when creating and saving a response template.

The template did save though so it still works even if there is something that seem to be an issue.

Hmm.. what table did you make it on. I tested on incident table and I didn't get anything popping up when I saved/submitted

I tested with incident table and got the error message, tried again and still has same issue.

It still saves everything and I can use the template even though I get these error messages upon creating.
