How to activate Response Templates / Templated Snippets

In last weeks Kingston Release webinar they have introduced the new Response Templates functionality in the last 10 minutes. The statement was that this functionality is available globally, but I could not find any global documentation about it. The only official documentation I can found is related to HR but we like to use this feature for ITSM Processes.
However I found that there is a plugin "Templated Snippets" available. I activated this plugin on my Developer Instance, but the "Templated Snippets" module is not available. If I try to search for the module or open one of the tables installed with it, I'm denied any access to it even although I'm admin. I also can not switch to it's Application scope.
How can we properly activate this feature and where can i find a documentation about it?

Hi Göran,
Is this the only plugin that you have activated? On my fresh kingston instance I have only activated that plugin, nothing else. The stuff has been installed, but ist not visible and any information is restricted. Here is a Screenshot from Admin perspective - I'm feared it is somehow bundled to HR, either via other configurations or license.

Solution:
Just add these roles to whomever will need to add, modify or use these snippets - including the ADMIN. It should show up on Incident Forms as a "respones" UI Action. If it does not, edit the UI action to ensure the conditions are not blocking it.

That is weird, I never needed to do that.. on the instance you needed to do this, was it a Clean new instance or an instance that has been going through some release upgrades?

Can you tell me how you are able to use response templates for CRM? I am having a difficult time locating information on the subject.

Yeah I know. I think the Templated Snippets application was developed by the HR Product Team so if you install HRSD, you do not run into this problem since the three roles above are automatically child roles for HR agents. Adding the three roles above was my shortcut to getting visibility without installing HRSD on my Kingston SP 3 demo instance
