How to add a custom field to 'cmdb_ci_service' table?

Dear all,

I'm struggling with adding a custom 'u_prio1_support_group' field to the 'cmdb_ci_service' table.

I added it through the form designer, but it doesn't appear on the form, neither does it appear in the configure form layout. However, if I open any service, I can see that 'u_prio1_support_group' field in the XML of the record..

Went through loads of articles here on community, but literally did not find anything that would help me to solve my issue 😞
