How to add ACTIVE ATF Test Scripts into an Update Set

there is a list of Tables that have data captured in ACTIVE ATF Test Scripts in the ServiceNow environment

Then I will create a fix script that applies those ACTIVE ATF Test Scripts into an Update Set.
How to capture record by using fix script. 
Please help
