How to add Add and Remove UI Actions on user form Group Related List in Service operations Workspace

Hi Team,

Can anyone please help me on how to add "ADD" or "Remove" UI Actions on User form Groups Related List in Service Operations Workspace.

I want add "Add & Remove" UI Action as mentioned in the screenshot.

Funtionality: I would like to remove the groups from Remove UI Action.
