How to add case number dynamically in the survey questions

Hi all,
I'm trying to add a dynamic question to the survey after case completion.
Currently, the survey has 2 Qs and it is showing like this but I need to add one more question so it should pull the case number from the record dynamically and it should be automatically added.
Please provide solutions

You have to find the assessment where the initial questions are mentioned then add your question in the same category. The below link might help you.
