I want to add 4-5 catalog items on service portal page , i do not want to go for search option , just want to display 5 catlog items on homepage itself

You can do this in two ways.

easier way is to use icon link widget and paste the url of the catalog item in that

else, you can clone SC Category page widget and make modification, so that it queries and displays items which want to display.

Hi Gagan,

Go to catalog items. Click on the catalog item that you want to make it visible on the service portal page. In that, look for Accessibility section (refer to screenshot) and select the catalog where you want this item to be shown and save.

Hi Gagan,

You could use the Icon Link widget provided by ServiceNow and point the link at the service catalog items in question.

Hi, Below is my recent observation when a catalog item is in more than one catalog, it will not show up on the ‘Related Items’ widget, in order for catalog item to show up in portal within an article we need to add only one catalog to that particular catalog item.
