How to add change requests on self service portal?

Hello everyone,

Please let me know is there a way to allow end users to view their submitted change requests on the self service portal? Just like the same way they are viewing their submitted incidents and requests.

Hi Yousaf,

I have viewed the two links you provided. The first link did not help much. I followed the second link suggestion to create an ACL on Change Request Table. However, it did not shows the change request record on end user service portal.  Any throughts?  Thank you
