Please elaborate your requirement beacuse I was confused that what you want to know? How to create task in custom flow or how to add custom flow in catalog item in fulfillment section?

If I was able to understand few point that you required then, for adding flow name in catalog item /RP follow below steps:

• Open the record producer or the catalog item form.
• In the Process Engine tab, look for Fulfillment.
• Select Flow Designer in the fulfillment type and choose the flow you created.

  If you want to Add Action: Create Task:

  • In the flow designer, click on "+" to add an action.
  • Select Create Task.
  • Configure the task by specifying the task table (e.g., sc_task for catalog tasks), assignment group, short description, and other relevant fields.
