How to add details of the Attachments sent through Notification in Worknotes of Task/RITM/Incident

I have a Catalog item which creates a Task and as part of that sctask we are triggering a notification email and that includes attachments added in the sctask. In emails logs related list I can see the attachments  are present. Same data when added in worknotes no information of attachment are added, Is there any way to log what attachment were sent as part of the mail in worknotes.

Yes that is true and i have checked link shared but that does not apply for my issue

Hi @Mudugal Akhil you want to update attachment name on worknotes or you want to capture attachment name in notification?
