How to add DOES NOT START WITH filer in reference qualifier of a Reference field

Hi,

I have a Support group field on a CI form. The support group field is reference filed which refers to Group table. Now I want to select only those group which does not start with SN-. But there is no OOB filter available for this. Any idea how can I implement this?
