Hi, Can anyone please let me know how to add flow actions to an update set.
And can you let me where all my operations performed by me in servicenow is stored.

Hi,
Can you please clarify your question?
If you mean to add additional actions to an existing Flow, then the actions themselves are not captured, they are parts of the update to the Flow (which is captured).
If you mean to create a new custom Flow action, then it is by default captured in an update set.

if i add a flow or subflow into an update set, will the subsequent actions and subflows within them will also be captured ?

Yes.
But you must make sure that the included subflows (or custom actions) exist on the target instance.
Example.
You have a flow which contains 3 action-steps.
Then you add a subflow to this flow, then the entire updated flow with all 4 steps (3 actions and 1 subflow) is added to your update set.
So the added subflow must either already exist in the target instance, or also be included in the update set. Otherwise you will get a issue when moving to the next instance, because the flow points to a subflow that does not exist on that instance.

it gets captured automatically.
Did you face any issue while migrating the update set in higher instance and that action was not found?
