I wanted to add a request something column in my customized portal page, But I dont see the option for instance with links. How to add this in the portal.Where can i find the option for instance with link.

You'd want to go to the page designer feature of the Service Portal Configuration...
That is the page editor and shouldn't really be accessed unless absolutely necessary as it's a bit more advanced.
Once you access page designer, you'd pick the page in particular that you want to edit, then in the left-hand side after clicking that page, you can search for your widget you'd like to add and then drag and drop that on the canvas. Then you can click the pencil icon, once it's placed, mouse hovering, to set options, etc.
