I don't think you can add new type there.

Hi @Devansh00
What else needs to be added? As per the design, the export can be done in PDF or PPT format, but individual reports can also be generated in different formats if required.

Hello
In ServiceNow Dashboards, the Export Dashboard functionality currently supports only PowerPoint (PPT) and PDF formats by default. These options are out-of-the-box (OOB) features provided by ServiceNow.
At the moment, adding additional file formats such as Excel (.xlsx) or Word (.docx) is not supported through configuration or customization in the standard dashboard export functionality.
If you need the data in Excel format, you can consider these alternatives:
Export the underlying report data directly from the report using Export → Excel / CSV.
Use Report scheduling to send the report data in Excel format via email.
Build a custom solution using APIs or data exports if the requirement is for automation.
in summary, the dashboard export option is limited to PPT and PDF only, and additional formats cannot be added.
