How to add more icons to the left in Service Operations Workspace? (see image)

See image. We are trying to move over from Agent Workspace to Service Operations Workspace. How do we add a new icon here? In our Agent Workspace, we have an icon here to show a list of relevant Changes.

Hi, I think this answers the question: Through UI builder navigate to the service operations workspace and in the top right of the overview you will see 'View Experience settings'  then scroll down to side navigation and configure away (This is in the Service operations workspace core scope).

 

I know this was posted ages ago but I found this last week and thought it best to document.
