How to add 'Most relevant' option in sort by on topic page of ESC portal

We would like to include the 'most relevant' option in the sort by choices on the topic page.

It would be incredibly helpful and beneficial for me if this could be accomplished in some way. Thank you!

The most relevant option is already present in the ESC portal when we use a search bar on the portal.

The client wants the same feature on the topic page.
