How to add 'Most relevant' option in sort by on topic page of ESC portal

Hello All,

We would like to include the 'most relevant' option in the sort by choices on the topic page.

It would be incredibly helpful and beneficial for me if this could be accomplished in some way. Thank you!

When we enable AI search, the most relevant option appears only when we search using the search bar on the topic page.

don't take me wrong, I cant see this option in my PDI, seems it is already customized. On search it is stll valid, as most relevant wll might be sort the results as per date/ latest request but how it relevant on topic page. 

 

Let say on topic page i add Most relevant, now if a user click on this how the results will be arranged , on which basis?

Hello @Dr Atul G- LNG 
On PDI, AI search is currently unavailable, which is why you are not able to see the option. Enabling AI search on the portal will display the most relevant option.

Thanks @Nehal Dhuri  for adding this in my knowledge. Now , its very clear, if SN think Most relevant is good for topic it must come on topic page along with Search page. My only question is what Most relevant will do on topic page?

The most relevant option will show relevant catalog items or knowledge articles to the user
