How to add received email in incident Activity Stream

Hi Team,

 

 

Below is Requirement:

 

I am sending an email(outlook) to instance email with subject is incident number(INCXXXXXXX). Now in that particular incident(Subject incident) email should updated in Activity Stream.

 

Any help, Thanks in Advance.

You need Inbound Email Action for this.

You need to configure an inbound action and also follow below steps to show sent/received emails in activity stream.
