How To Add Text To Login Page

How do I add text to the login page for next ui? All of the post I've found so far talks about adding the text on the "welcome page content" but that doesn't seem to work.

I want to add text below the "forget password" button, or somewhere around that area.

can you try below

Under the System UI module go to "Welcome Page Content". You can make required changes to modify the content of welcome page.

for example in my case 

after this start follow this steps Edit login theming in Next Experience

then it will start appearing like this
