How to add Tooltip or Info Message for Variable Set

I have a variable set of 2 Columns wide, alternating sides to which I want to add a tooltip or info message near the title of variable set (Entity Information Section). I cannot add new lable field as it disturbs the existing 2 column structure and even adding the label field inside containers does not work on portal level. Please suggest how to achieve this

the only option if you don't want to add new variable is to use DOM manipulation and show that message
