How to add translations/localization to record producers variables?

Hi All,

I have a record producer for incident, by default it has English language set, but when i change my language and see the same producer few fields language are changed and for few not changed(newly created fields).

I am not getting where to add labels in all languages?

Please advise.

If you have the language capability

Go to the variables, look at the question field   - NOT the name

swap to the language using your ui menu

Modify the question value then save the record.

Swap language back to english.

you should see the english the same as before.

swap to language

You should now see the translation.

Of course you can go via the translation tables and update the fields that way. However I have noticed that this isn't popular as it requires an understanding of what value is where etc.

There are more then 10 fields and 8 languages i need to convert. It will be easy for me if i can get it via translation tables.

Then System localization is your menu of choice.

However you are going to have to track down each case this way.

Check out the I18 debug options and   the docs to tell you what they mean
