How to add Url in additional comments.

How to add hyperlink in additional comments without using [code][/code] in additional comments because as per client view they are Just typing https://www.google.com something like that in additional comments and it is show as plan text when we post it .

Any server side script like BR, UI action you can mention that code, it will work

And without [code][/code] it is not possible.

For that you can create a URL type field in the form, it will accept the URL as input like below:

not possible without the syntax [code][/code] as it's a journal type of field
