How to add URL link to email notification?

Hello,

I came across a enormous posted on the web on how to add link to email notification.  I have tried more then 3, but I could not get it to work. Could someone please help?  Thanks

When you say email link, which link are you trying to add here? 

Is it something for KB or some other portal?

Current incident link?

Paste the below code:

${mail_script:incident_body_header}
${mail_script:incident_has_been_opened}
${mail_script:incident_take_me_to_the_incident}

incident table has Knowledge field

just add this

Hello @Ankur Bawiskar 

I got the sys_id from Published KB000030 and pasted in to the URL link.

However, when I preview notification and clicked on Knowledge link. 

I'm getting below error and it is pointing to the difference KB number. It should be opening KB000030.
