Can anyone suggest or give an example , how to implement "Gamification" in ServiceNow for Incident Resolution and Knowledge Articles ?

Hi Tera,

Were you able to implement it? I would like to, but I don't find and proper description to gamify the Agent activiry!

Is this still current as i have been advised that you cannot use Gamification in the ITSM part of service now only on the customer service management side.

I recommend reaching out to the author(s) directly on the share section of the Developer Portal and asking in the discussion section of the app.
