how to arrange the ui action sequence on the record

i have three ui action buttons i want to arrange( PREVIOUS TASK,UPDATE,TAKE OVER) formate you can see attached document.how to do that

it is fine but update ui action extends from any parent table

That is fine, sop you dont touch that and just move the other around. you can even give the number in negative   (-100) to place your buttons appropriately.
