how to attach the excel sheet by default in catalog item variable

i have one requirement i need to create a one variable that variable contain by default one attachement,kindly suggest how to do this requirement

Agree with Sampath kindly check for the right sys id being copied and whetger the file has been attached to the catalog item.

Can you share the screen shots also for your configuration

Check your UI Macro, you missed   first character "<" . It should be "<?xml" instead "?xml"
