How to automate a ritm

I want to automate the RITM after it is created from service catalog. Now after ordering from service catalog, REQ and RITM gets created. Now i want to automate and auto approve the RITM and move the state to Work in Progress. How can I do that using flow?

Hi @SamiranD 

 

It is almost OOTB. Did you check the OOTB flow on the request and RITM to see what logic has already been implemented? No action is needed—just review the OOTB behavior.

hi @SamiranD ,

Go to flow designer and create a new flow with run as system user
Use trigger -> Service catalog
select your catalog and use update record action to set the states,

Hi @SamiranD ,

 

Create a flow with your approval and fulfullment logic inside it . Attach that flow with your catalog item.

When you will order an item, flow will trigger for approval. Once request is approved , it will move to fulfillment.
