GIVEN that I have the ability to create or update audit engagements, WHEN I view an audit engagement record in ServiceNow, THEN I can see a tab that contains all the Remediation Task related to the Issues that are in turn related to the engagement.
Hello, I'm trying to accomplish this and feel like I'm overthinking it. How can i accomplish this where all the remediation tasks and issues automatically scope in?
Engagement - There are no reference fields for issue and remediation task. They are currently in related list
I have configured the related list and added:
Remediation Task -> Parent
Issue to Engagement -> Name
Remediation Task- There is an Issue reference field on the form - No related list on this form
Issue - Related list include Engagements and Remediation tasks:
Remediation task -> Issue
Issue to Engagement -> Issue
