I think it's not possible. It comes with OOB response type which is for Card.

you can use scripted card and give same response but no link
How to redirect the Virtual Agent Bot Response Card record URL to a portal other than /sp

Hi, did you find any solution for this? when typing the hr case number or copying it from the hr case to the chat it's opening a card also in my end 🙂
