How to bring "Collaborate (MS TEAMS)" icon on side panel in service operations workspace

Hi Deepak, I'm seeing this issue collaborate icon is missing for ITIL users. Do you have details on how this was fixed?

Hi Lisa,
If you are using UTAH version - It should appear automatically .

If not, 

→ Select Application Scope : Collaboration Services.

→ In filter navigator search for "ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams → Properties".

→ Check mark the box "Set this property to true to use integration hub action for Start Chat / Import chat flows".

it will work.

hi @DEEPAK KUMAR SI - I am trying to implement Collaborate functionality in SOW and not able to find proper documentation around the implementation steps.

Could you please help with steps for the same, including plugin required , any SN configurations etc.
