Scenario: A service user profile has 2 email (User ID :- ABCD & Email :- XYZ). In our case user doesnt know the user id (only aware of the email), but he/she should use the User ID to login servicenow through SSO. When the user tries to login servicenow it redirects to microsoft login page where they have to again choose the user ID account. Its really confusing them, making a bad user experience.
Is there any rules exist for SSO to bypass microsoft login and can get inside servicenow portal directly? Does anybody faced this issue before?
Any guidance will be really helpful.
