How to calculate when the last outage was reported for a specific service?

Hi All,

I need to create a PA report to show when was the last outage was reported for the specific service (a breakdown on service offering) for that service, I have to get the duration between "End" date and current day/date. I have a script (pa_script) for that but not sure how to show that in the report.
If I add the script to an automated indicator, it is giving me the total count of outage records. not the duration of last outage.

Kindly help.

Thanks
Krithika

Hi @Krithika R

I have no much clue on this , but did you try the service commitments for this.

Adding Expert @AndersBGS for thoughts. I am sure he must have some solution.
