How to capture IP Address of user?

Hi ,
i have to capture IP address of user, to identify user making changes. Every time user updating any changes that many times IP address should be captured and stored somewhere for reporting purpose.

Well it is very easy to see what is your IP and even to change it, I know that for sure. If you use public wifi the change that you are gonna be caught is not that big. I prefer to use public wifi, before starting always use https://www.showmyip.com I am making sure that I am not on my IP. In this case, is very hard to find the person, or you can even make guilty a person that doesn't know what will you talk about. I can give you a lot of examples.
