How to capture value input for each selected dynamic record within a modal interface?

I have a requirement where users can select multiple records and then click an 'Upsell' or 'Downsell' button. Upon clicking, a modal should open displaying the names of the selected records, their current quantities, and an input field for entering new quantities. The expectation is that once the user enters a new quantity for each record, we need to capture the quantity changes and create corresponding records in a new table.

Can I implement this using client state parameters? Given that the selected records are dynamic, how can I map each record to its corresponding new quantity through client state params?
