How to change color of hover color on Select Box variable in Employee Center?

See example below, where I'm hovering over the '2-medium' value for the 'Urgency' variable and the "hover color" is to dark to actually see the value, please assist.

Yes, this is happening for the Select Box variables on all of our catalog items in the ESC.

This started happening in our instance as well - did you ever find out what caused it for you / how to fix?
