How to change color of hover color on Select Box variable in Employee Center?

See example below, where I'm hovering over the '2-medium' value for the 'Urgency' variable and the "hover color" is to dark to actually see the value, please assist.

see the "EC Theme" and then check the css table

1) sp_css

2) open record "ec-theme-global"

3) search with class "select2-highlighted"

4) see if someone update the color there

when we open a catalog item form, the drop-down text is white and the hyper link is dark blue, as sh
