how to change login id of webassesor i ahve used my company email id as login id, what happnes when i change the company i ahve upadted the email address to my personal but can i also change the login id can some 1 pls help

Hi there,

Recently I've also had my webassessor mail adres changed. How? Sending an email to:
'certification@servicenow.com'

This resulted in a case being created and which was taken care of a few days later (so perhaps you could also log a personal case on NowLearning, though emailing seemed to work fine)
