How to change My Request label in ESC

How to change the My Request label in Employee service center ticket page.I have already change Title in ticket page but not working

Any reason to change this? it OOTB and create technical debt.

Actually we need to my request label to my ticket i have successfully modified some pages but not working in  ticket page but whenever change the title in ticket page that is working fine in service portal but in esc not working

that is possible or not can u tell me 

Did you try changing the title of "My request" page in "sp_page" table.

I think it is a widget and you need to change there.
