How to change name of the field in the list layout view in servicenow

Hello Community,

 

We just updated the incident list layout by adding the caller. Department field and we are looking for the solution to show the same name in list layout as well. any solution available in ServiceNow to change the label of Department to Caller Department in list layout view?

Hi @Nagesh5 , 

 

show the field on the layout - use old UI view - go the the field and make right click - configure label - Rename the Label name and if necessary the Element. (Make sure, you are in right application)
