How to change picture size in catalog item

Hi All

Recently we have upgraded to the Paris release  and we noticed that the picture icon is showing a very big size after the upgrade

Can you please guide me on how to modify the picture size in the catalog item?

This has happened to us as well.  Pictures that work properly in Orlando become huge in Paris (dev and test).

This appears to be an issue with Paris.
