How to change "no data" icons that appear in SOW?

I am working in a project in which I need to apply the client's colors to the servicenow instance. Thus, I need to change the color of these "no data" icons that appear in the Service Operations Workspace. From what I gathered reading this article, these icons are illustrations that come from an "empty state" API. Still, has anyone ever been able to change them in any way? I can't seem to edit them at all.

I haven't tried it, but if you go to db_image table you can search for "no_data.svg". It's in the Employee Center application. Try changing it and check if that works. Might not, but worth a try. Let me know how it goes.
