How to change ServiceNow instance's email address?
By default, ServiceNow instance's email address to receive emails is based on instance URL as below:
- URL: https://XXX.service-now.com
- Email: XXX@service-now.com
I would like to change the email address. Please advise me on how to achieve this.

Hi,
Here's a thread that talks about this...
but for this thread right here...is there a reason why?
I ask because you can just use a company email address set up by your Network team or otherwise and then have that forward emails (using redirect) right to ServiceNow. So end-users just use your company domain, but your domain forwards them accordingly.
