How to change the background color of info message

I am using one display business rule to populate the info message.

I want the backgroup colour of the info. message to be in red and font colour in white. i can change the fiont colur but when tryng to change the info message box colour to red, its just making one slim line in red colour instaed of making the full box as red .

Please suggest how can i make the full message box in red colour

I don't think that is possible. You will get workaround for this requirement as to create the annotations and change its colour. Please check below thread's replies for more details.
