How to change the default filter on filter widget to something other than 'Keyword is' ?

I have a requirement to set the default condition for filtering user profile with 'Last Name - starts with - '. I have a custom portal page and I have added the copy of filter widget to the data table from instance widget.

This is what I see now :

Is there anyway we could do that? Thanks in advance.

Once you create the filter and Run, there is an option to 'Set as default filter' which you can set it.

I doubt that is possible. Alternative would be to Save the filter as required & then set the filter as default.

Hi,

This should be possible, How are you opening the list layout? You need to just append the filter parameter on the URL if this is on the list page (ie id=list)

eg

instance_name.service-now.com/sp?id=list&table=incident&filter=opened_byDYNAMIC90d1921e5f510100a9ad2572f2b477fe^active=true
