To change the logo in ServiceNow, you’ll need to update the UI16 Banner Image in the system properties. Here’s the step-by-step process:

🔑 Steps to Change the Logo

1. Navigate to System Properties

   • Go to: All → System Properties → My Company.

2. Upload Your Logo

   • In the UI16 Banner Image section, click Click to add or Update.

   • Choose file upload to upload a logo from your computer, or enter an image URL if the logo is hosted online.

3. Save Changes

   • Click OK after uploading or entering the URL.

   • The logo will now appear in the banner of your instance.

⚙️ Notes

• The image can be high resolution, but ServiceNow will scale it based on aspect ratio.

• If you don’t see the change immediately, clear your browser cache or log out and back in.

• For Workspaces (UI Builder), logos are managed separately within the workspace theme settings, not through the classic My Company property.
