How to change the mobile app view

Hi,

Im using service now mobile app. Im trying to change the create incident form layout on the mobile app from the backend instance. Im trying to make changes on this view but when I loggin to the app i dont see the changes. What should I do?

Create incident is a record producer on now mobile app, can be found in record producers table.

What exactly are you trying to change? can you share the screenshots?

@RaghavSh I cant find him in under record producer table. When I login in to the app I have the '+' button on the top left corner and on click it gives you the option to create an Incident. How can I disable this '+' button (i think that only users with Iphone are able to see this button)

The now mobile app doesn't use views, it's configured within the Mobile App Builder.
Think it's the input screen "Create Incident" in the ITSM Mobile Agent.

@Wybren1 True either the variables order need to be changed if create incident RP is used or the applet needs to be modified.
